Harassment and Bullish Policy

The Company treats all complaints of harassment and bullying with great attention and in strict confidentiality, therefore it implements awareness-raising measures on the subject on board the managed ships. The objective is to promote a harmonious work environment in full respect of the rights of the workers, therefore the worker becomes clearly aware of the consequences of any acts of harassment and bullying against other people. No tolerance will be allowed by the Company who will carry out all investigations about any complaints, in order to punish the act and to guarantee protection of those who have suffered it. The person to contact to report acts of harassment and bullying (or presumed to be) is, on board the Captain and a shore the MLC Manager of the Company, whose contacts are available and posted on board.
